However, I have now discovered an issue with the car: there is a spot on the driver's side that had previously been repaired and repainted, yet I was not informed about this.

Intially worked my deal over the phone from San Diego and the deal was as stated by Ivan when I arrived two hours later. Ivan made the process as quick and effortless as possible.
