Good evening. My wife and I recently shopped for a 2026 Chevy Tahoe and visited several Chevrolet dealerships. Unfortunately, many of the sales representatives seemed uninterested in our needs and were primarily focused on taking our money rather than understanding what we were looking for. When we arrived at Orel Hershiser Chevrolet, we were greeted warmly and treated like family. Andrew, Rudy, Jose, Tony, and Jasmine made the entire process of purchasing our vehicle easy and stress-free.

I took my car in for an oil change (with an appointment). Four hours later, since I didn’t hear anything from anyone, I called them only to find they hadn’t even touched the car yet. So I picked up the car to take it elsewhere. I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and debated with me. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience.
